Regional Australia Bank is a customer-owned bank with over 50 years of experience helping regional Australians achieve their financial goals. The bank is committed to providing personalised and community-focused financial services.

The bank's current website is built on Sitecore, however, the business was looking for a new enterprise platform that delivers better value, ease of use, and aligns with their strategic vision.

Following a detailed tender process, Regional Australia Bank selected Kentico as its new digital platform. Devotion was then selected in a competitive pitch process to rearchitect, redesign, and redevelop their customer-facing website on Xperience by Kentico.

The project goals include successful migration from Sitecore, enhanced user experience and engagement, improved SEO capability, simplified content management, increased security, and better integration capabilities and analytics.

The migration to Xperience by Kentico is expected to enhance user engagement and deliver personalisation opportunities, improve SEO, streamline content management, increase security, and provide better integration and analytics features.
